Refund Policy

Last updated May 14, 2026

Slipstream subscriptions are paid in advance. Refund handling depends on how you paid.

App Store subscriptions

If you subscribed through the App Store on iOS or macOS, Apple handles refunds. Request a refund directly from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or through Settings on your iPhone. We can't process refunds for App Store subscriptions on our end — Apple owns the billing relationship.

Apple's standard refund window is 14 days from purchase, though they sometimes accommodate longer periods at their discretion.

Cryptocurrency subscriptions

Subscriptions paid in cryptocurrency are non-refundable.

This is not a policy choice — it's a regulatory one. Cryptocurrency refunds would require us to send funds back to a wallet address, and doing so without verifying the recipient's identity would conflict with anti-money-laundering requirements that apply to commercial services. We don't collect that identity information at signup, and we don't want to start.

If you paid in cryptocurrency and the service doesn't work for you, email hello@slipstreamly.com. We can sometimes extend your subscription or troubleshoot the issue. We can't send the crypto back.
